Clarify Enterprise documentation

Chantal Lawrence requested to merge Chantalskye-remove-enterprise-badge into master

What does this MR do and why?

Existing Enterprise documentation has a section entitled 'Dissociation of the user from their enterprise group' which states: Changing an enterprise user’s primary email to an email with a non-verified domain automatically disassociates them from their enterprise group.

This is misleading and suggests that an account is removed from the enterprise group once the primary email has been changed. All the email does is remove the enterprise badge and with that the additional management capability that the group owner may have had over the account.

I have moved this section toward the end of the document, now under the heading "Remove Enterprise Badge from user"

Remove the enterprise badge from a user account

Changing an enterprise user's primary email to an email with a non-verified domain, automatically removes the enterprise badge from the account. This does not alter any account roles or permissions for the user, but will limit the group owners ability to manage the account.

Removing access to the enterprise group will also remove the Enterprise badge from a users GitLab account. This will remove membership to the top level group any direct membership to sub groups or projects will need to be removed manually.
