What does this MR do and why?
Reduces the amount of code rendered HTML in the logs in favor using the available style sheet by removing or migrating utility classes.

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit any job e.g. http://gdk.test:3000/top-group/top-project/-/jobs/11100
- Validate the styles, especially log lines and collapsible elements.
