docs: Improve guideline for integrating omniauth provider auth0

What does this MR do and why?
When following the respective guide, I noticed some inconsistencies in the guide and in gitlab.yml.example. Especially, the differences between the guide and in gitlab.yml.example confused me and took me some time to figure this out. This MR intends to improve the guide and the gitlab.yml.example.
The MR includes:
- Aligining the documentation and template file related to the auth0 integration
- Fixing the template files for the auth0 integration
Screenshots or screen recordings
Contains only documentation changes
How to set up and validate locally
Follow the new guide in combination with the gitlab.yml.example and there should be less confusion.
