Hi, I am Zhiyuan Lu -- a backend engineer in JiHu GitLab. I am requesting the Chinese simplified proofreader permission.

@zhaoqi01 is one of the proofreaders and she is my colleague. Now that she is leaving JiHu GitLab, I will take on this part of the work in her place.
