Remove MultiStore in Gitlab::Redis::DbLoadBalancing
What does this MR do and why?
This MR removes MultiStore in Gitlab::Redis::DbLoadBalancing. The MultiStore was added for GitLab SaaS to migrate db load balancing
keys out of SharedState. We can remove it as the migration is completed.
