Add backtrace to Deployment status errors

What does this MR do and why?

Up until now, the custom tracked errors Deployment::StatusUpdateError and Deployment::StatusSyncError did not have a backtrace. This makes them harder to debug than they need to be. To fix this, we manually call #set_backtrace with Kernel#caller.
