Remove ignore rules for Ci::Sources::Pipeline
- Backfill is done (in 16.3) at !126671 (merged)
- Index is created (in 16.4 and 16.5) at !129196 (merged) and !131230 (merged)
- Foreign key is created (in 16.5) at !132615 (merged) and !132957 (merged)
- Columns are swapped (in 16.5) at !133312 (merged)
- Cleanup is done (in 16.6) at !134965 (merged)
