Remove unique user logins from Sec Section CMAU

What does this MR do and why?

This MR removes the count_user_auth metric from being included in the overall Sec Section CMAU. This metric is very noisy and not representative of the additional value created by the Sec Section. We are tracking work to improve the metrics longer-term in this issue.
