What does this MR do and why?

Shows link to the Admin area (/admin) in bottom-right of new sidebar, only if you are an admin.

How to set up and validate locally

  • First check with your default GDK user (admin). On any page, you should see the new "🔧 Admin" link in the bottom-right of the sidebar.
  • Now impersonate a non-admin and make sure the link doesn't show.
