Rename code_tasks flag

What does this MR do and why?

Related to #430962 (comment 1645659638)

The intention is to roll out usage of selected text in the main prompt independently on adding code tasks. For this reason this MR renames the flag. We can just rename because there is no other code-tasks specific logic which would rely on this flag.
