[E2E] Removing no longer needed old webide code

What does this MR do and why?

Remove no longer needed test code that was intended to be deleted in !115741 (comment 1330720944) but was kept as a reference.

This came up as part of of gitlab-org/quality/quality-engineering/team-tasks#1825 (closed) refactor.
