Document support for multi lines command for bash shell

What does this MR do and why?

In GitLab Runner v16.5.0, we add the ability to:

• Output multi lines commands
• Collapse this output

Those changes were not reflected in the documentation. With this MR, the documentation now mentions the changes made.
