Change the structure of ai gateway payload

What does this MR do and why?

During development of the AI gateway proxy for chat, the Cloud Connector team spotted fragment of the blueprint that is problematic in development and also not clear from the perspective of consumers. prompt_components part was listed as an array of objects without clear explanation of desired behaviour (discussion).

This MR is fixing that so prompt_components is a singular object.
