Update testids for product analytics onboarding spec

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates and adds new data-testids related to a 'work in progress' spec related to Product Analytics onboarding that is being implemented in the following MR - !133605 (merged).

This is needed in order to be able to test the 'work in progress' spec against Staging environment. After this MR is merged and deployed to Staging it will be possible to run and validate the spec from the MR linked above by running it from local machine against Staging.

Not applicable. This MR is only making some updates to testids.

How to set up and validate locally

Not applicable. As long as pipelines pass this can be considered validated.
