Fix Twitter logo color

What does this MR do and why?

We changed the Twitter logo in gitlab svgs and realized a color is being applied to the old logo in the product. We need to remove the color that's being applied so the logo is in the correct color.

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.

Note: the updated logo isn't appearing in GDK yet, so the "after" screenshot still shows the old Twitter logo (though in the right color now):

1. In /-/profile fill in the Twitter field and save changes
2. Visit your profile
