This MR adds a deprecation note on userNotesCount GraphQL field 🙂

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to /-/graphql-explorer on your GDK instance
  2. On the right documentation explorer search for Issue and make sure that the userNotesCount filed is visible on the expanded Show deprecated fields... at the bottom
  3. Same for MergeRequest and Epic
