What does this MR do and why?

Use a newly built GDK image and its GDK SHA. Since the existing image referenced no longer exists (because its tag, main, now points to a new SHA, so the old image got garbage collected).

The GDK SHA is from around the time of the release of 16.3.

The image was built on the GDK of that GDK SHA.
