Omit deleted files from changed specs from QA_TESTS

What does this MR do and why?

Addresses the failure in gdk jobs where the MR diff contains only E2E spec changes and one of the changes is an E2E spec being deleted (as seen here)

I have no idea if the fix will work though because this MR wouldn't contain, spec only changes. 🤔

Also opened an issue to fix selective tests in gdk pipeline.
