E2E test: migrate remaining MR-related qa-selectors

Migrates remaining data-qa-selectors to data-testid for the following MR-related files in the E2E tests:

• qa/qa/ee/page/merge_request/show.rb
• merge request settings
• ee merge request settings

(excluding security report widgets)

Since this affects many E2E tests, probably best to validate using pipeline results.
