Update Geo Set up link

What does this MR do and why?

This MR addresses an issue where customers encounter difficulties at Step 4 of the Configure the former primary site to be a secondary site guide. The existing link to Set up database replication is incomplete for multi-node setups, causing the secondary site not to recognize itself as a Secondary. To fix this, the MR updates Step 4 to point to Set up Geo, which offers options for both single-node and multi-node database replication, and one can choose their kind of setup.
