Migrate the epic actions dropdown to GlDisclosureDropdown

Migrates the epic actions dropdown away from the deprecated GlDropdown component in favor of GlDisclosureDropdown.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Navigate to any epic.
  2. In the Child issues and epics section, click on the Add button.
