What does this MR do and why?

This MR uses v-safe-html for the sign up restrictions errors to handle HTML-encoded text properly.

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  • Admin Area > Settings > General > Sign-up restrictions > Enable domain denylist for sign-ups and denied domaines for sign-ups *gmail.com
  • Open a group (i.e: Twitter) > Manage > Members > Invite members
