How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

1. Go to project or group
2. Go to Secure -> Policies -> New policy
3. Go to Create new scan result policy
4. Select license rule
5. New component filter should be in place
6. Play around with different combinations, components are comma separated list, try it in input
7. Switch between rule mode and yaml mode, make sure data is preserved
