Rename GitHub "Merge request links" copy to "PR attachments"

What does this MR do and why?

This change updates the "Merge request links" stat to be called "PR attachments". We use the term "PR" in other similar stats ("PR mergers" and "PR reviews") and this stat records checks for MR note attachments.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable GitHub as an import source (docs link).
  2. Go to /projects/new#import_project and choose GitHub.
  3. Choose a personal GitHub project that has PRs and import the GitHub project (docs link).
  4. After the import completes, expand the Details section.
