Remove Rugged patches (step 1)

Problem

We are going to deprecate Rugged patches.

Solution

Remove Rugged patches related code:

• Feature flags
• Tests for Rugged
• Rugged patches for Git objects

⚠ There are still documentation and other Rugged code left. It will be removed in follow-up merge requests.
