Add event names to total count metric definitions

What does this MR do and why?

Related to #411607 (closed).

This adds event names to some total count metric definitions as a unique identifier to be able to correlate the metrics with their related Snowplow events in the data warehouse.

The event names will be also used in the future to easily do calls to increment these metrics after migrating them to internal event tracking.
