Use merged_commit_sha in existing MergeRequest method

What does this MR do and why?

The column merged_commit_sha was recently added to the merge_requests table to better track the actually merged commit SHA across all merge methods. We have merged a change to start writing this value on merge, so we should also return it when present (see !130763 (merged)).
