Rename CI/CD workflow to Connect with CI/CD

What does this MR do and why?

We use workflow in three ways across the docs site:

• As an alternative to How it works
• As a CI/CD keyword.
• As the name of a feature.

This MR updates the feature CI/CD workflow to address the third bullet. I've also done a little sentence cleanup while I was poking around.

Closes an old issue that I lost track of.
