Add spacing to the right side of nav items in flyouts for visual balance

What does this MR do and why?

Small UI tweak to keep the visual balance of items that are in the flyout menus. This should not impact the position of the pin buttons, chevrons, or the badges that appear in the navigation sidebar.

I was noticing the lack of padding on the right side of the flyout compared with the left. - #415343 (comment 1501092829)
