Update to Managing the agent for Kubernetes
What does this MR do and why?
This MR updates the title of Working with the agent for Kubernetes per @nagyv-gitlab:
As this page is about the management interfaces, token rotation and debugging, it might be better to rename it to be more descriptive. e.g. "Manage the agent for Kubernetes instances"
I'll need to double check the links and rename the page in the left nav, so I'll keep this in draft for the time being.
