Fix vertical alignment of user status on sidebar

What does this MR do and why?

This ensures the emoji icon and status message in the username located in the sidebar are vertically aligned.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Visit a user profile page and add a status with an emoji http://gdk.test:3000/-/profile.
2. Click on the user avatar on the left side bar.
3. Observe the emoji and status text is vertically aligned.
