Restructure verify dirs structure
requested to merge 423568-apollo-mr-pipelines-extract-mixins-and-eventhub-logic-from-presentational-components into master
What does this MR do and why?
The Verify stage has had to build features separated between the pipelines and the ci folders for a long time and we are not merging both within ci. We are also restructing the sub-dirs to be based on features and pages instead of general catchalls.
We also do the same for the ee/ components to keep the mirrored structure and update QA selectors.
