What does this MR do and why?

We are enabling global search for epic in this MR.

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  1. Make sure advanced search is installed and enabled
  2. We will then create few epic for some groups
  3. We will perform a global search something like this
  4. Make sure the epics you created are visible.
