Super sidebar: Lighten theme background color

What does this MR do and why?

The newly re-introduced themes for the super sidebar navigation are great but they add quite some visual weight to them. This MR lightens the background color of the sidebar to make the sidebar appear less visually heavy.

This was also already reported in the Navigation Feedback issue.
