Draft: Adds mod+k as a shortcut to open search / command palette

What does this MR do and why?

Uses the cmd + k shortcut to open the command palette as this is a standard shortcut across other applications.

Because the command palette and the global search are the same thing right now, it just adds mod + k to the list so now there are three different ways to open it. / or cmd + k or s.
