What does this MR do and why?

There is a snippet that helps people onboard to this AI framework which is not documented, and there is also a blurb about requesting access to our group GCP project in order to access Google's pre-released models. Since these models are now released, folks can use the infrastructure self served which has a faster turnaround (immediate)
