Add precisions on the .fast-no-clone-job

What does this MR do and why?

Add precisions on the .fast-no-clone-job.

The docs didn't cover the case where an extended job defined a before_script, and that it would be overwritten.

This commit ensures that we talk about avoiding to override the before_script from extended jobs as well.
