How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable the :hierarchy_db_restrictions and :okrs_mvc feature flags.
  2. Go to the issues page of a project.
  3. In the upper right, click the caret beside the "New Issue" button and select "New Objective".
  4. Create a new objective and open the objective's page.
  5. Scroll down on the "Child objective and key results" accordion which should have the dropdown associated with this MR.
