This MR updates the work item type and icon on the metadata. Closes Update work item metadata with item type and icon (#416800 - closed)

How to set up and validate locally

- Go to any work item , task/objective/key result
- See that the work item type and icon is updated in all types of work items
- Check that you can still hover over the username of the author of the work item
