What does this MR do and why?

This MR Closes Move status to work item detail header (#415079 - closed).

  • Add work item state button to header
  • Work item state badge to the created updated subheader
  • Remove work item state from the work item attributes

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to any work item
  2. See that you can toggle work item state from the header itself in addition to the work item state dropdown and the button below the new discussion
  3. You should be able see the work item status badge in the subheader as well
  4. See that there is no other regression and that comments etcetera are all posted with the comment/cancel button etc
