Updates for Customers Portal for one-time sign-in link
What does this MR do and why?
As we launch https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com/-/issues/6526, this will replace the email and password legacy sign in with a sign-in through a generated one-time link.
This MR adjusts the sign in sections as well as the deprecation of password adjustments (as they don't exist then).
Important note: This adjustment should only happen after the FF is enabled for the functionality.
