How to set up and validate locally

  1. Turn on :apollo_boards feature flag
  2. Visit a board
  3. In the top right corner select Group by > Epic
  4. Click the ellipis menu in a list header and select Create new issue.
  5. Verify that the form opens in the unassigned issues section of the list
  6. Create the issue
