Update TYPO3 project template
What does this MR do and why?
Update the TYPO3 Project Template. In the last month, there was a significant change in how the TYPO3 Template works.
- Replaced webpack with vitejs.
- Use HMR provided by vitejs including a ddev addon
- Added
ddev typo3-initcommand. Now, only 1 command is required to initialize the template aftergit clone - TypoScript cleanup
- Use correct phpstan command example
