Add the publish keyword for pages to docs

What does this MR do and why?

Update the documentation for CI/CD YAML configuration to include the new publish keyword for GitLab Pages introduced in GitLab 16.1.

I discovered the feature by accident and started using it in a personal project before realizing the release announcement mentioned it!
