Mark Prometheus Rake task page as removed

What does this MR do and why?

This MR marks the Sample Prometheus data Rake task page as removed and uses the remove_date and redirect_to values of the parent page. The Prometheus integration has already been marked as removed and now redirects to Project integrations.
