Improve typography and remove accordion in audit event stream
What does this MR do and why?
Relates to #415336 (closed)
This MR increases the font size of the destination count heading and the form categories. It also removes the accordion for audit event type filtering in favor of an extra label.

How to set up and validate locally
Make sure you have an EE license
- Go to any group
- Go to "Secure" > "Audit events"
- Select "Streams" tab
Validate design changes match design in related issue #415336 (closed)
Note: The exact heading elements (h3, h4, h5) are not being used as they currently don't match the size of the design. This will only be the case of the dynamic typescale is implemented.
