Remove deprecated configure e2e tests code

What does this MR do and why?

While working on the OKR: Consolidate QA selectors with feature specs a few items for maintenance of the deprecated configure stage should be addressed. Mainly, this is focused on code removal for features that are deprecated or we no longer maintain such user flows.
