E2E test: de-quarantine push options mwps spec

What does this MR do and why?

This test was quarantined due to this bug: #300353 (closed)

This bug is resolved so I would like to de-quarantine this test. Even though the test has passed in this pipeline, this test would only fail intermittently so I will be monitoring over the coming days to close off the failure issue.
