and Monthly https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/34221570e956ca089e45ebd630645055acb8b100/config/metrics/counts_28d/20210216184906_i_package_debian_user_monthly.yml#L10-10 metrics were removed so we need to remove the event emitting code as well
