E2E: Update total_purchased_storage element
What does this MR do and why?
Similar to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/customers-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7603, this MR updates the element used by total_purchased_storage
in the GitLab E2E tests to be compatible with the new purchased storage card on the group usage quotas page introduced in !122505 (merged)
This will help fix purchase_storage_spec
which currently fails when run against Staging: https://ops.gitlab.net/gitlab-org/quality/staging/-/jobs/10344657
How to set up and validate locally
Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
